How do I edit the long logo or header?

Im talking about the logo with white background below the links... Hope you know what im talking about, How do you add a custom or edit?

I found a way to edit it.... is there anyway i can actually make that image be a header? on top of EVERY page

For logo, you need to edit css file: gumax_template.css
