How to include credit list into bottom of footer + 2 other

Hello there,
I have a problem to:
1. include credit container into footer (bottom of it) - to have same plain background for both.
2. make text containers transparent (now white) - i looked everywhere changing colour for transparent in CSS - doesn't work but maybe i missed something.
3. prevent also empty pages from be not shorter then ... some no of px
