Like Gumax skin but looking for hover on skin

Hi,
what is a name of this skin and how can I make Gumax to look like this skin + hover on option ?

If you search "MediaWiki:Sidebar" in that wiki....you will find the menu is hard-coded, which you have to change the code if you update the menu. Also, making that menu is super easy, insert code into wiki php file.
GuMax menu is under "MediaWiki:Sidebar", works as original mediawiki, which it should be........

Thanks.
Must have a try since I have just lost my Mediawiki tested on PC (Windows XP) since was asked to free up some space for another user , so now my Joomla, Wordpress, Wikipedia, LiveSite, Drupal are all lost.
A new install required.
