Email confirmation code not working

I have registered in your nice software at the University of Houston. Before I can make changes in Email settings, the email needs to be confirmed - I have by now hit the 'email confirmation' button 5 times, and also waited a day but still did not get a confirmation email which allows me to continue. Do I have to talk to an admin at Univ Houston? If so do you have an email? Tx Erik W.
