changing tabs, gumax 3.0

How do I change both the numbers of tabs and the tab test in gumax 3.0?

In gumax 3.0, there are yellow tabs, top right hand side. I don't need that many tabs and I would like to change the text/pointer for all the tabs.

How do I do this? I can't seem to find the code for the tabs (although I am not an expert in CSS).

Thanks, I tried typing in MediaWiki:Sidebar using both my namespace and the MediaWiki namespace and what returns from the search is zero results. I don't think the page exists. But in reading the mediawiki help files - it would appear this would solve the problem. How do I create the file? Shouldn't it have already been there when I loaded your skin?

This is default system messages, it's not related to any skin. It's a built-in wiki feature.
