Toolbox items not showing in GumaxDD

For some reason the no dropdowns apart from "Navigation" are working.
I've looked in GuMaxDD.php and all menu items are present but as I said, not showing.
It does not matter if I'm logged in or not...
Help!

Does your browser disable the JavaScript? or your hosting supports the JavaScript
Try different browser to see what happen,

I use skin gumaxdd. It also works very well. I would like to include in this skin the Mediawiki Extension TreeandMenu. It will be displayed in the pull-down menu of Gumaxdd, but I have a few problems with the implementation.
