How do I remove the article/edit etc tabs for users who are

I found out how to do it in the MonoBook.php but not in the GuMax.php.
foreach($this->data['content_actions'] as $key => $tab) { The word $tab is no were in the script found other strings of code that matches the rest but none with the word $tab.
What is it for the GuMax skin?
