Problems with GuMaxDD and all other SKins

I've just tried installing the GuMaxDD skin, but I am having problems with it showing up correctly.
I downloaded the .zip file from http://paulgu.com/wiki/Drop_Down_Menu_Series and put both the GuMaxDD.php and GuMaxDD.deps.php in the skins folder. I then put the rest of the files in a folder called gumaxdd and put this into the skins folder, and changed the default skin to gumaxdd. The website is at http://198.65.138.162/ if you could please help out. Thank you.
