play "video" in a bordered box

we have a screencast which plays in the "same" window it is describing ; it would be good if the screencast could be shown in a "box" to make it clearer.
I have played with the video sandbox without success ; any suggestions.

Do you mean the FLV extension, which plays video in MediaWiki?

Yes , I think it is; it is in swf format

The video file is FLV format, played by flash player... I made it but I haven't got chance to release it... but I will do it soon
