missing editing bar

The bar used to insert wikitext is missing from my editing field. Also, how can I make the editing field shorter?

Never had this problem, are you using the original GuMax version? I don't see the problem, I cannot fix...

Make sure your media wiki was installed properly, and check the CSS tags that you modified.

I may have made a mistake while editing the CSS, I don't know where to check for this ... here is my editing page.

compare your CSS with the original CSS to see if anything is missing, also make sure you enable the JavaScript in your browser.

Is this happening for all browsers?

This is so random issue, seems not too much related to the wiki skin, so compare what changes you've made is best way to find out the problem.
