How do I change the colour of navigation links

Hi
After going round and round in circles determined to work this out myself I have decided to give in and ask for help with one of your skins – gumax v 3.1. I know its very simple to do and probably staring me in the face but it’s now beginning to annoy me.
I would like to change the colour that appears when I click a text link to a different page within my Wiki. I would also like to change the coloured bar that appears when you click the main navigation boxes that run along the top of the screen. A yellow colour has been used but would like it changed.
