Adding last Modified to page, under action tabs

I have seen this before on a wiki using GuMax, and I'm trying to replicate the same thing. I'd like to know how to enable to message 'modified on 1 August 2013 at 13:32' to show at the top of each page, under the action tabs. I have seen it using the class .gumax-message
