Artifact problem solved. (This issue was cause by a badly formed wikitable)

Different question now - I have the extension DocumentApproval added to my instance of the wiki, However when using this skin I am not seeing the "TAB" that was on the monobook interface called "Sign".

Any hints as to why it wouldn't show up in this skin?

I've gone through the extension, the "sign" tab will only be displayed when the user is eligible for signing. Please read through this page http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension ... ntApproval and check the function:

So, can you please check the user privilege according to the extension first, let me know if you still has problem.
