Hosting Recommendations

I want to get a couple of MediaWiki instances up (one personal and one for my office) but I don't want to have to deal with hardware, IP hosting, etc. So I'm leaning toward a hosting service.

In looking for hosting providers... well... it's more than a bit confusing. I can't tell which reviews are from real customers and which are from "paid reviewers". And companies that had nothing but off the chart reviews several years ago are getting nothing but bad reviews recently, so there's also a time element. So, I thought I'd solicit input from people that clearly know a thing or two about MediaWiki and are more likely to be biased toward quality hosting and support and less biased by a per praise paycheck.

So, if you're using a hosting service: (a) Which one?; (b) Would you recommend them to your friends and family?; and (c) What do you like and dislike about them?
