GuMax 4.5.0 is released for Mediawiki 1.18

Due to major change in new MediaWiki 1.18, almost all old skins are no longer working properly.
This GuMax release is updated to fully support new mediawiki changes and with following:
1) Change skin header to use new MediaWiki "headelement"
2) Updated to fully support new Medawiki release 1.18.0
3) Bug fixes for some extension load issues
4) Bug fixes for CSS
5) CSS updates for latest mediawiki
6) New design and layout
