Fixed it! According to the blog post I linked to in my last post about this, the z-index should be ascending throughout the tree because of some bug in IE6. I saw that the menu dropdowns get a z-index in the range of 1000-10xx, so I gave the gumax-p-navigation a z-index of 500 and gumax-nav a z-inde...

I think I found the reason for this: The Internet Explorer Z-Index bug. I'll have a look at the CSS properties and see if I can fix this.

I have exactly the same problem, but only on IE6. Unfortunately I have a userbase which is mainly IE6. The dropdown comes on top of the images in Safari, but on IE6 it disappears underneath. Perhaps IE6 ignores the z-index? Does anyone have any idea what I could try to fix this? I'm thinking it may ...
