I did an aptitude install..

aptitude install Mediawiki.

I believe it is the default installation folder.

It installed twice for me like this.

/lib rather than www. Not sure why.

I have a couple of extensions and they are running fine.

I use both IE 7 and Mozilla Firefox as my browsers. Both seem to act the same. The GuMAxv is the skin I am using. In a standard Mediawiki installation. Root install directory var/lib/mediawiki LocalSettings.php etc/mediwiki Gumaxv installed as per all directions. What other info could I provide that...

I am running 1.13.3.

I know it is a couple of versions back.
Is there any way to make them visible without upgrading?

I have applied the gumaxv skin to my Mediawiki site and it looks great. however the toolbox links have disappeared.
Is there something in the code that I must change for them to be active as they would be with the normal Mediawiki skin?

Any help would be great
