Is there a process for upgrading from one version of gumax to the next ;or do just upload the files and they sort themselves out!!??

we have a screencast which plays in the "same" window it is describing ; it would be good if the screencast could be shown in a "box" to make it clearer.

I have played with the video sandbox without success ; any suggestions.
