whay you need to get a joomla template for a simple html website i think is a loose of time you have thousends of templates in internet in html and css find a html template an use it the other problem is tthe template of joomla jou can use only in joomla

hmm...Dreamweaver is good for building websites but in Dreamweaver is goo to build websites only in html i used in for writing some code in php sometimes but its hard i think zend studio is a good softwer for building php aplications
