Thanks Paul but I could find no information on how to add google adsense in every page (besides special pages and non wiki pages) on my wiki. But I can see you have done in this wiki, so I thought you could help.

I also installed the Gumaxdd skin, and added the code in localsettings to make it the default skin. It did not work. But I can find the skin in preference menu.

It looks nice and fits well. I want to use it in another wiki. And, I have another question. Is it possible to have a skin where there is a sidebar plus dropdown menu? I like the skin with the navigation menu in the side but the webpage covers much less area than other skins and it does not look good.
